Butternut Squash Soup with Toasted Cumin This Course takes the fear out of what to do with a whole fish, how to fillet it and cook it properly and some simple recipes with accompanying sauces that will encourage families to eat more fresh fish


Making the Most of Meat

During this class you will discover economical yet tasty cuts of meat that are often overlooked and how to prepare them. Cooking methods will include slow cooking, pot roasting and braising

One Pot Wonders

This class is aimed for busy homes where a tasty nutritious meal can be produced for those busy evenings without leaving a mountain of dishes in the kitchen

Leaving the Nest

This course will take place during the summer months for students heading off to college. Have some fun as you learn four simple, tasty and cost effective dishes for those college evenings that could do with some home cooking

  • Half Day Courses at €75 per person
  • Full Day Course at €125 per person
  • Maximum Number of students is 8
  • Course must have a minimum of 4 students to proceed
  • All bookings must be confirmed by credit card or deposit
  • Cancellation policy : Within 4 - 7 days a 50% charge will be applied. Within 4 days 100%

  • Group Bookings - a 50 % deposit is required on booking
